Love doing business with an honest, family-owned company! We’d registered for a $250 inspection, and when the inspector came out, he realized this was not something we needed to complete a real estate transaction, but just wanting to be responsible home-owners and respond appropriately to any signs of termites (which we’d seen recently). He gave us expert, detailed recommendations and waived the inspection fee.
